The Bloggers at The Daily Mango

ShreyD. Amateur blogger, part-time poet and a guy who sounds like a yeti with a bad cold. The closest Shrey came to dealing in Agri-Business was when he tried selling sandwiches at a school fair but ate them all instead. However, he’s come a long way since then and now has his heart set on making the world a better place. Starting with this blog. A commerce graduate by qualification and a sportsman at heart, his insights on issues across the world have been a source of wonder and amusement to one and all, and he is unlikely to disappoint.

Sanjit Singh. Student, thinker, kid, dreamer. This fellow realized he wanted to join agri-business and be an entrepreneur from the age of three, when he first identified the name of his favorite fruit, the mango. Finding the mango to be a wonderful delight, he felt it should be spread with the world, and so a new passion was born. Ok, not that simple really. He first ran around the globe, studying and meeting amazing people, never at the same place for not more than three years. Recently he finished his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St Xavier’s College Kolkata, far away from his hometown in Haryana. But fastforwarding a bit, he’s currently a student of the Agri-Business program at IIM-Ahmedabad and couldn’t be happier, except when he’s dreaming of tomorrow.

Harshita is a fresh graduate from Kolkata, the city of joy. She’s an avid reader, a passionate writer and also has a B. Tech in Food Technology. She has been an online content developer and her articles have featured across a host of websites with content ranging from Elizabethan theatre to coping with stress (something for everyone!). In this blog she wishes to give food for thought related to the agri-business sector. She hopes that those unfamiliar with this sector gain an understanding of the same and those who are acquainted can send in their opinions, criticism, encouragement and all other feedback, it will be more than appreciated! So here’s wishing that everyone has a mutually fulfilling experience. Let the blogging begin.

Divya, fun-loving and jovial, she finds humor in the most mundane matters. A B.tech and M.Tech in Biochemical engineering and Biotechnology from IIT Delhi, Divya's work has appeared in a number of International Journals. Her interests vary from dancing and acting to reading novels and writing poems. Her encounter with non-conventional technologies during her under-graduate years has brought her closer to core rural and agricultural issues. Via this initiative of the Agri-Business Club at IIM-A, Divya wishes to explore the potential of alternative technologies to address present day agricultural issues. More so, she plans to fix you a splendid fruit salad, with lots of mangoes and maybe a dash of “green” kiwis. So gear up for her fruit bonanza at The Daily Mango on Mondays and Thursdays.
